About Me

Isadora L. Wance

I write stories that live in the space between desire and damage.
I have always been drawn to the kinds of emotions people try hardest to hide: obsession, restraint, fear, longing, and the dangerous pull of wanting something that comes with a cost. That is the space where my stories begin.

My work is rooted in tension, atmosphere, and emotional intensity. I am less interested in perfect love than in the moments that test it, distort it, or make it impossible to ignore. I write romance with shadows in it. Stories where chemistry means more than attraction, where silence can carry more weight than confession, and where the line between vulnerability and ruin is never as clear as it seems.

Chlorine Oath was written from that place. It is a story shaped by pressure, secrecy, image, and the kind of connection that refuses to stay harmless. I wanted to create something immersive, intimate, and unsettling in the best way. A love story that feels beautiful, but never safe.

If you are drawn to emotionally charged romance, quiet intensity, and stories that stay with you after the final page, you are exactly where you belong.
